Avi Sanders is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Avi represents international and Israeli companies, including venture capital funds and technology companies in all stages of their development in M&A transactions, venture capital investments and commercial transactions. Furthermore, Avi provides ongoing legal advice to clients on corporate and securities matters.
