Sahara represents international and Israeli companies, including hi-tech companies in all stages of their development, specializing in venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual investors in investments, M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial transactions.
Sahara also provides ongoing corporate and commercial advice to international and domestic clients.
