Yigal Elnatan is an associate in the firm’s Israeli Corporate and Securities Group.

Yigal represents and advises international and domestic companies in a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and issuance of financial instruments on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Yigal provides both public and privately held companies with ongoing legal consultation on Israeli Corporate and Securities Law.
