Shirel Cohen is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Shirel represents international and Israeli companies, including Hi-Tech companies in all stages, venture capital and private equity funds, and individual investors, in investments, M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial transactions. In addition, Shirel provides ongoing legal consultation to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.

Prior to joining Meitar, Shirel was a member and editor of HaMishpat Law Review. Shirel is also a teaching assistant at the College of Management Academic Studies Faculty of Law.
