Daniel Kessler is a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Daniel has extensive experience in negotiating commercial agreements across many industries, focusing on IP rights and technology transfers for public and private companies and international governmental organizations. He has advised clients in corporate governance, risk management and compliance, in both private practice and in-house settings. He has worked with startup and established healthcare companies on a broad range of commercial activities, including pharmaceutical, vaccines, consumer healthcare, nutritionals, animal health, medical devices, specialty pharma and crop protection.
