Yoav Yosephi is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Yoav advises Hi-Tech companies in all stages; from new Start-Ups to international organizations. In addition, Yoav advises venture capital, private equity funds and individual investors. Yoav’s practice includes venture capital and private equity transactions, drafting and negotiating technology and commercial transactions, cross-border M&A and capital financing.
