Eli Specializes in M&A transactions and financing transactions of all kinds within the private and public sectors. During his work Eli represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of transactions which include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investments, joint ventures and real estate transactions. Eli is also highly experienced in representing domestic and international lenders and borrowers in various and complex financing transactions of all sorts.
