Shir Weisman is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Shir advises international and domestic companies, including venture capital funds and technological companies in all stages of their development, in matters of establishment, capital raising, mergers, and acquisitions.

In addition, Shir provides ongoing legal consultation to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.
