Chen Turkia is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Chen Advises domestic and foreign clients, such as tech companies at the various stages of their development, venture capital funds and other investors. Furthermore, Chen assists clients in transaction management, including venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions.
