Our team

Jonathan Trojan-Greenberg is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Jonathan advises international and local clients, including venture capital, private equity funds, hi-tech companies in all phases of their development, from new start-ups to publicly traded companies, on such issues as establishment, corporate finance and M&A transactions. Jonathan also advises Israeli companies registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on their disclosure obligations, corporate governance issues and securities offerings.
Prior to joining Meitar, Jonathan served for six years in the Military Advocate General’s Corps of the Israel Defense Forces as a prosecutor and as the legal counsel to the Directorate of Operations.
