Eden advises and represents a wide variety of clients in various commercial and real estate matters, including large and complex transactions involving offices and commercial buildings, JV agreements, investments, sale and purchase agreements, project financing, construction and long-term lease agreements of large-scale campuses for hi-tech companies, etc.
