Nitzan Sason Lichi is a Senior Associate in the firm’s corporate and securities group.

Nitzan specializes in mergers and acquisitions, hi-tech and venture capital investments. Nitzan advises and represents both international and domestic clients and startup companies in all stages in corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, private equity investments and individual investors. In addition, Nitzan provides ongoing legal consultation to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.
