Shay Reiner is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property Group.

Shay advises clients on a variety of intellectual property and technology-related transactions, including software licenses, assignments and other agreements involving the development, commercialization and sale of intellectual property assets. Moreover, Shay provides advice to pharmaceutical companies regarding the development and commercialization of drugs and medical devices.
