Adi Mintus is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Adi advises international and domestic companies, including venture capital funds and technological companies in all stages of their development, in matters of establishment, capital raising, mergers, and acquisitions.
In addition, Adi provides ongoing legal consultation to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.
