Or Hazon is an associate in the firm’s Employment and Benefits Group.

Or specializes in providing legal counsel to both Israeli and international clients on a wide range of labor law matters, including: transactions, mergers and acquisitions, change of employers, advising on all aspects of recruiting new employees, HR policies, legal aspects of employee relocation, employment termination processes, pension arrangements, permits from the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry  of Economy (such as weekly rest permits, termination of employment permits for protected employees, permits under Section 28 of the Severance Pay Law), negotiation and drafting of various agreements (senior employment agreements, separation agreements, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, service agreements, and more). Or is also well-versed in collective labor law in all its aspects – initial association, drafting collective bargaining agreements, and collective negotiation.

Furthermore, Or specializes in the field of artificial intelligence and developing regulations in all matters related to employees and employers.

In addition, Or serves as a teaching assistant at the School of Law and the School of Business Administration at the College of Management Academic Studies.
