Biography
Snir Geuli is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Snir advises Hi-Tech companies in various stages of their development, including early stage and well established startups. Moreover, Snir advises venture capital funds, private equity funds, and private investors.
Snir’s practice includes venture capital and private equity transactions, drafting and negotiating technology and commercial transactions, cross-border M&A, and capital financing.
