Lee Frishberg is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Lee specializes in advising international and domestic clients, including venture capital funds and technology companies, in all stages of their development, on various aspects of establishment, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions. Furthermore, Lee provides ongoing legal advice to entrepreneurs and corporate clients on corporate and commercial law and further legal and business matters.
