Daniel Colthof is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Daniel advises clients on a broad range of legal matters including, inter alia, complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings (including both private placements and public offerings), drafting technology and commercial transactions. Daniel also provides companies with ongoing legal consultation on Israeli corporate and securities matters. Daniel’s clients include companies in the hi-tech and life science sectors. Daniel regularly represents the interests of multinational corporations, private equity and venture capital funds on mergers and acquisitions, investments and strategic partnering arrangements as well as on general corporate matters.
