Debi Berenson is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Debi Represents and advises international and domestic companies in a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings and issuance of financial instruments on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
Debi provides both public and privately held companies with ongoing legal consultation on Israeli Corporate and Securities Law.
