Our team

Alon Ben Yehuda is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Alon advises local and international High Tech Companies as well as Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including private equity investments and mergers & acquisitions. Alon also provides companies with ongoing legal consultation on Israeli corporate and securities laws.

During his studies, Alon completed a semester abroad at the Seoul National University (SNU) in South Korea, followed by an internship at the international trade department at Yoon & Yang LLC.
