Our team

Rotem Ben David Sofer is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate Department.
She specializes in non-profit organizations, assisting and advising associations, public benefit corporations and funds on an ongoing basis. Moreover, Rotem participates in Israel’s Innovation Authority’s internship program, assisting in transactions of the companies supported by the Innovation Authority.
