Aviv Avidan-Shalit is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group.

Aviv has extensive experience in providing clients with professional legal services, in all phases of corporate growth, from concept through exit, in a myriad of fields of technology. These technological fields include: digital printing, diagnostics, SAAS, medical devices, AI, fintech, cyber security, data analytics, imaging, operation analytics and communications. Her clients consist of a wide variety of investors, companies and entrepreneurs. Additionally, Aviv provides legal services to both her publicly traded and privately held clients in connection with a range of commercial transactions, financing transactions and more.

Aviv is deeply involved in the day-to-day legal operational and business activities of her clients, including in analyzing their strategic and legal requirements, with a view towards providing the clients with a superior legal solution which is well balanced against the commercial needs. Aviv assists clients in choosing and implementing financing solutions (including through private and public offerings), in handling their international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. She also provides her clients assistance in licensing, distribution and marketing arrangements, addressing tax structure issues, and in considering relevant IP strategies, bonus and benefits plans.
